Leiderschap in de praktijk! De leidinggevenden van onze locaties in Nijkerk en Schijndel hebben onlangs een driedaagse leiderschapstraining afgerond, verzorgd door Roland Verheugd van RV Training. Tijdens de training stonden communicatievaardigheden centraal. Onderwerpen als DISC, LSD, verzuim- en feedbackgesprekken kwamen uitgebreid aan bod. Met ondersteuning van een trainingsacteur oefenden onze collega’s herkenbare gesprekssituaties — waardevolle tools om nog effectiever het gesprek aan te gaan op de werkvloer. 🥜 Exploring Argentina: Strengthening our expertise in the peanut supply chain!   ☔ Our recent trip to Argentina was an insightful journey—despite the (mostly) rainy weather!   🌱 We visited several suppliers, focusing on gaining deeper insights into the supply chain and its associated risks, including mitigation strategies. Een swingend uitje met de PV: Saturday Night Fever! Afgelopen vrijdagavond en zondagmiddag was het zover: ons eerste PV-uitje van het jaar! We dompelden ons onder in de glitter en glamour van de musical Saturday Night Fever in het Flint theater in Amersfoort. Voorafgaand aan de voorstelling (op vrijdag) en na afloop (op zondag) genoten we van een heerlijk shared dining menu in het Theater Café. 🌶️ Euroma's travels to Vietnam and India In February, colleagues from the vendor quality and procurement teams at Euoma have undertaken important international field visits to meet suppliers and ensure the quality and safety of our raw materials. They traveled to Vietnam with the aim of visiting various suppliers and auditing their processes, which are crucial for food safety. At the end of February, they also embarked on a field visit to India, where they met with suppliers and assessed the condition of the chili and turmeric crops firsthand.
